i was just curious if anyone in australia has bought a psu (namely the opus 150w dc-dc psu) from digitialww.com?
i bought one a few days ago, yet no information yet on whether its been shipped or if it will be.
starting to get abit worried, the site looks abit dodgey but i figured i'd buy from there cause i saw quite a few people mention it on this site?

WHERE IS ARMEN
WTF man, not another "where is armen" thread.
We all know hes a good guy and will deliver the good one day, but hmm not informing a new customer whats going on gives him a bad reputation each time.
How about those new customer who doesnt know about this site? what will they think if armen dont communicate with them?
I agree with that. I used to be a computer engineer working on customers machine. Last thing these poeple want is not being informed, when its going to be fixed, how long its going to take to fix it, whens the parts gonna arrive, how long will you keep the machine for...Originally Posted by gummybear
Its probably all BS but thats what make the customer happy, an assurance, it is just a common knowledge.
Its no good to tell them too much but atleast tell them what should concern them the most, that damn ETA.
I personally think this classic "where is armen" thread should be stickied or be put on the FAQ so we dont get newbies asking the same stuff.
