When you touch the screen it acts as a mouse click at that point, so if you touch the windows start button, it will open the start menu.
having never really looked into it, how do touchscreen lcd's work in windows?
do u press the start button on the screen and it opens that up?.. do u need a mouse/keyboard or anything?.. or probably a better question, are they neccessary?...

how do they work? do you plug it into cigarette lighter or something? (dc-dc)
Caution...you'll get a lot of people telling you to search first. A lot of the base stuff is covered in previous posts. I'd start in the newbie section and go from there. Pay attention to the stickies in each forum.
