How much ventilation for the Epia M10k?

I've got a '99 Isuzu Trooper. I'd like to stick my carputer under the back seat. There is an embedded tool box under the seat that should be just big enough. My only question is, how much air will the CPU need to keep cool?

I have an Epia M10k in a Travla C134 placed in the glove box. There is a space double the size of the case for air ventilation. I have the system running for a few weeks now with no problems.
    - CarPC: Lilliput 7" Touchscreen, VIA EPIA M10000, 512 MB, 40 GB HDD
    - Install: 90%

is there any ventilation into the toolbox? If not, the ambient temp inside it will rise quite quickly once the mobo is running.

Drill some holes in it and get some airflow going.

What is the rest of your config?? The point is not only CPU generates heat but also other components do, especially PSU, VGA card, HDD, optical. Depending on components you use they can generate much more heat then CPU and you might get your system toasted very quickly.
Also, very essential information needed is dimensions of your "chassis" and mtrl. it is made from. Post photo. Without these, noone can ever tell you anything usefull.

    toolbox pictures

I'm in the middle of trading a Dell C810 for the MB, HD, RAM, and optical drive. Will I need another graphics card besides the onboard? I'm only using the onboard video out to a 7" display. Here are some pictures:

I can take off the lid easily enough, and I don't think I'll even use a case. I'll probably just build a mount for it.

Oh man... you are a master of generic questions. How are we supposed to answer this part?? What onboard graphics on what motherboard are you talking about? What do you expect from your system (like GPS/MP3 only or I plan to run it DoomIII all day long)?
As for rest of your qestions, post back when you know what will be your system HW config.

If my question belonged in the newbie area just say that, you don't have to be so condescending. I want to play mp3s, divx, and use S&T 2005 with a Pharos GPS. How was that?

If you would have taken the time to read the title of my post before deciding to try to make me look like a schmo, you would have seen:

Basiclly none. The CPU on the motherboard has a fan, and the CPU itself doesn't even get warm...in my case anyway.
