I'd just contact FedEx and ask them directly what the messages mean.
Hi all,
I ordered a couple of items on DigitalWW, yes Armen, He sent it to me a few days ago but i can see in FedEx tracking page that the items are in my country (Spain) but they don't send it to me.

Do you know what 'shipment exception' and 'Regulatory agency clearance delay ' mean. I don't know where to call for information here in Spain.
Do you know something about ??
I'd just contact FedEx and ask them directly what the messages mean.
Did you look on the fedex site? it tells you what a shipping exception is!!!!!!! I remmember beacause Cris had the same problem with his order from digitalww. Bascically there is a customs delay with your order. It is normally resolved in a few days but it wouldn't hurt to contact your local fedex branch to check there has not been any customs charges applied.
^^^^^What he said.
BTW did you order yours with anchovies or pineapple?
Ok, the problem was i couldn't find the FedEx Spain phone number. I called this morning.
