As a general rule, most of the music videos that you trade on the interet are illegal. And these forums aren't for discussing illegal material.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

If you want a resource for legal music videos, try the Video search on www.yahoo.com.

Lots of band sites will have their own videos on them, so no, not all the videos are illegal. And as far as I'm concerned, it's hard enough to purchase videos by a band so knock your socks off getting music vids. Just check out the websites of whatever bands you're interested in.

There are many websites to VIEW music videos, but I haven't encountered or heard of any that make them available for download. (I'm sure there have been some, but Im also sure they get shut down.) Its either p2p, tivo/pvr from cable, or capture from places like yahoo or real player.
