I have a specific naming convention that I use for my boxen/peripherals:
PC's are all alcoholic drinks (mainly liquors, although there is one or two beers in there)
Peripherals are names according to their function as it relates to a bar (examples: my Dell DJ is DJ, router/firewall is Bouncer)
Since I classify the carputer as a PC instead of a peripheral, I need to figure out a name for it. I have run into some resistance with Amaretto, so I leave it to the community to help me sort it out
Here's what taken:
Budweiser (roomies's PC)
Amaretto (previously used)
Everclear (living room PC)
Bourbon (file server)
Patron (domain controller)
My only rules are it being small enough to use for Windows (obviously) and not containing any spaces.
Flask (Like booze... but portable...like a carcomputer... oh nevermind.)
Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo
Kenwood X790 x/ iP500 Ipod Interface
Elemental Designs 13Kv.2 D2
CDT ES-620 (omg yayay!!!1)
