My guess would be the lilli being unable to actually report its presence to your laptop when resuming. The lilli's VGA connector is somewhat crippled -- it only uses RGB and 2 syncs. Have you already tried resuming with a "normal" monitor hooked up?
Trust me I SEARCHED...but couldn't find the right answer. I have a laptop and my Lill 7" will flash on after a resume from either a hibernate or and stand by. Thats it for 1 second. It works fine on a normal boot. It's almost like the laptop changes its mind and try's to send video only to its own screen. I have the newest drivers of everything available. The laptop is an older HP P3 with a savage 8mb vid card. I just want to boot from hibernation or stand-by so I don't have to wait. Do I need to disable something? I don't know. Any Ideas? Thanks

That is what I am suggesting too. Before blaming the poor Litleput, try it on a different monitor. It could be that the laptop/video card that has "blinking" problem.

Question remains how to fool the laptop into believing that a "normal" monitor is attached. I don't think this can be done easily, cause the monitor is providing serial data via its ID-pins regarding brand, type, refresh rate, resolution etc.

No I haven't tried a normal moniter but I will. I didn't know that about the lilli. Humm, if you guys think of a solution, let me know.
Hey, I got it to come out with no problems on another moniter. What is the deal with the lilli? It can't see it because it has less pins in the cable for signal or something? Is there a way to fix it? I would LOVE to be able to use stand-by! Thanks
Some laptops give you the ability to toggle the monitors through shortcut keys. If memory serves me correct the [fcn] button on the bottom left of the keyboardand one of the "f-keys" on the top of the keyboard with an icon of a monitor looking thing.
