Tell them about the safety features like the GPS can log the route and speed you did so they could see what u were doing and were u went and what speed u did.

It is also safer than changing cds but thats only when your got buttons to change tracks or ablums using the touch screen is dangerous so thats a downside but getting a remote or a small pad with buttons is a good idea.

If they are ok with you getting a GPS unit, i don't see why this would be a problem.
I have found you an argument; I am not obliged to find you an understanding.

The GPS unit will track you and log the times that you where at the various positions. All i have is a mapping software and a GPS mouse, works a treat.

Accessing the OBD (On Board Diagnostics) will save them money every time the engine line comes on.

just steal thier car and leave it somewhere hard to find, then tell them if the whole family had had a mp3car system the gps location of the car could of been traced on the internet.

No really dont steal thier car but its a thought right, not to mention hands free with phoco or whatever it is

    You can:
    • log gps
    • tie cellphone into car so completly hands off. less time to find phonenumber
    • sync to house computer for a list of those extra tasks you need to complete. Now no excuse to forget.
    • set maximum speed alarms
    • gps can use voice for directions (eyes on the road)
    • setup your favourite playlist of music so you don't have to play with the radio (eyes on the road)
    • Don't tell them you can now watch movies
    • reverse looking camera can help prevent running over someone laying behind the car
    • Don't tell them about the n64 emulator available in Mobile Impact.

Get a data plan for your mobile phone. Install GPSSecure, put it in live mode and tell them that they can now track your location and speed via the internet.
