Taking my car in for service at the dealer. What should I unhook in my setup?

What do you guys do when you take your car to the dealer? I would hate the fact that they keep turning on/off the car during the service. You think I should just unplug the power from the opus and undo the motherboard cables?

Just wondering what others do in past experience! Thanks.

I had a dealer who wouldn't fix my transmission because I had "an aftermarket stereo."

Basically, if you can pull it all out, do it.

Taking the fuse out seems to me as the simpliest method.
Or, you could try Stevieg's software for service...

He wouldn't fix it, or he refused to make it a warrantied repair?

I would rather disable it from starting. Pulling the fuse is very easy for them to figure out, they are mechanics you know. I would disconnect the PS, preferably removing something essential to the operation. I alsoways thought about adding a quick disconnect in the main power lines right before the connector that goes into the opus. That way, not only can I remove the plug fromt he opus, but I can take it with me, and they can't just replug it in. But I don't trust mechanics that much.
