questions from nub

hey, just a few questions here. im looking for a touchscreen program that u can list by album cover (touch that-then it lists songs by that artist). i need to find out how to power (most stable) a p4 proc. and i need a headunit that will accept the outputs of the soundcard. i plan on mounting a mboard in my glove box and running an extended ide cable under my radio for a pc dvd player. and 2 500 gig hd's under my seat. wireless card too. whats the fastest way to boot when i hit the ignition? i know these are simple questions for u guys, like i said im a newbie. any website links that could help with purchase of this stuff would be greatly appreciated. thnks

Well to power you can use dc - dc but you want 2 hard drives and a penitum 4 so I dont think theres a dc - dc that supplys enough power , so youll need an inverter. Head Unit , you can answer that yourself, fastest way to boot get a shutdown controller.

No man just to make it short:

-FrodoPLayer can do the cover art for you (check pic)
-Use two opus 150W if you feel the need for power (or wait for dragon's 300w PSU *cough vaporware cough*)
-IDE cable is no going to work for you (search the forum why) use a USB or Firewire enclosure for the DVD/CD drive.
- like kev said shut down controller is the way to go (opus have it incorporate)
