    Any bmw owners in here

I'm looking for input on a type of computer system that works well with a standalone system (for FI) I would also like to run Nav with a touch screen LCD monitor.

    Any advice?

    NOPE, NO ONE

Dude, a quick search of the forum will reveal http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/sear...archid=1709261

    and this

So, I guess the answer is, Yes, there are BMWs here.

Since your requriements are VERY BASIC, almost any computer will work for you. You don't mention the Stand Alone, but you should check with them what kind of computer they suggest. They USUALLY don't need much at all.

Better yet, how darn lazy are you. That stand alone is made for porsches, and you have a beemer.

Well its in my car now, not Plug and play but the Standalone is universal. Should work fine with the windows ex setup.
