OK I know this question is off topic but what do I look for to know a bluetooth adapter supports stereo headphones? Is it 1.2, 2.0, widcomm xx.xx.xx? what?

    Cool

Widcomm is just the software that is used to run the BT dongle. Bluetooth 2.0 EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) is good, but not widely implemented yet. Be looking for a decent Bluetooth 1.2 adaptor (if my memory serves me right) for reliability. Re: stereo headphones, I think that is a feature of the BT 2.0 EDR chipsets, I'm not 100% on that.

Disclaimer: I work for the company that acquired Widcomm in 2004.

it can pair any bluetooth device to your pc, atleast any phone. I have it set to auto detect phones and all of my friend who come over get so confused when there phones say that they have connected to my computer and if you order from LEDSHOPPE, they ship from china so expect to wait. I think it took over a month to get to me. But i bought it like 6 bucks i think and wasnt in a hurry.
