    Best Gaming in your Car?

Aside from emulators, what is everyone doing in their car to pass the time other than listen to music and watch movies. Any suggestions as to what games work best while doing 80 down a highway without crashing (literally, not figuratively)

Voice controlled games, obviously, would be best. But I'll be damned if I can find them.

Start throwing out some games that work really well in a car environment.

Maybe you could try a one of those spelling bee games.

PC reads out a stupid word. You read back the spelling. Perfect for a voice-only environment.

I prefer Unreal Tournament or if I can't get internet Halflife 2. It kind of messes up my game though trying to drive while fragging people on UT.

I find driving games are best. If you stick a potentiometer onto the steering wheel it makes it very interactive while driving.

Those infocom games like zork might be kinda cool if someone made a voice interface to them.

Sweet! I hadn't thought of that one. I'm going to add a potentiometer to my wheel and install a flight simulator. That way while I'm driving down the road I can pretend to be flying 900 mph!

    How about ******* DRIVING?!?!?!?!?

Start throwing out some games that work really well in a car environment.
How about the one where you try to keep a 3,000 lb. chunk of metal, glass, plastic and rubber between lane lines while dealing with potholes, construction, other vehicles, pedestrians, the occasional rampant animal, all while reading signs, obeying traffic laws (usually!) with the ultimate goal of arriving safely at your destination.

Oh yeah. That's called ******* DRIVING!
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

You need a video camera tied into the computer that changes everything to cartoon looking objects. then you could have it display in real time and randomly have things you could hit added into the video. That would be cool. untill you ran into something thinking it was part of the game.

p.s. i realize that would be crazy but i wouldn't put it past anyone to create it.
Um, I guess this is where you put something witty.WITTY
