My condolences to your carpc - may it rest in peace(es)! J/k....
Can't think what you must be going through though - it's the rock and hard place situation what with your aunt throwing it away - what was she thinking!
I bought most of mine second hand too, so I know how difficult it will be to get it all together again

I waited ages for the SP13000 (the only part I bought new) 'cos it was friggin' way overpriced - the week after I bit the bullet and bought it brand new, I get ebay notification that it's on multi auction for £115. I paid £150.....
Dude, just start throwing her stuff away, she will soon know how you feel.
i'm turning this thread into a running log on my new carpc status.
i'll be jotting down ideas, revisions, and information i find from searches here. sadly, i will be out of the carpc scene for at least the next few weeks. school to deal with right now, and meeting the school budget takes priority. and i still have to fix and paint various things on my car as well.

As for your setup. I have the Morex Case 3688 in my car. It fits the M1-ATX perfectly but makes your 2 Front USB useless. I have the M1-ATX in my car and it also powers my Lilliput.
Im confused, how did she not know what that stuff was? I mean its not like the computer parts were in the garbade already. I cant imagine someone so dumb; sorry to insult your aunt, that they would just pick something up they know nothing about and dump it. I seriously think she should pay for it. I dont care if your staying at her house, thats not a trade off to justify asking her for reimbursement for a mistake she clearly made. And you dont need to sue, just demand she hook you up.
