get more vacume lines. Get one that is a size or two bigger and just stick it over where the two meet. then cover it in tape and keep your fingers crossed for a few years that it will hold up.
I have a 2001 Expedition and I need to relocate the automatic a/c controls in order to make room for the 8" touch screen. After looking at the back it looks like there are several vacume lines running into the unit. The wire harness will be easy to extend, but I am unsure about the vacume lines. I am afraid that extending them will change the pressure enough to mess things up. I am sure that some one has run into this problem before. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

when I relocated mine to my glovebox, the vacuum lines were coming from the direction of the glovebox, so I didn't have to extend anything. Look at where the lines are coming from, maybe you might have a similar situation.
I will give that a try this weekend and see how it turns out. Thanks for the advice.

This fool said tape......... smh
BADEVO, agreed!! Do it right the first time, no since in wasting time placing bandaids on your system, stitch it up so it lasts for more than a few years.
Don't hold your farts in! They travel up your spine, into your brain, and that's where you get crappy ideas from!!!
