fm receiver/mouse

I am currently in the "conducting research" phase on a car PC and was wondering if anyone has seen this.
I searched the forum and came up empty. Is this worth pursuing, or a waste of money?

not really interested in the mouse aspect so much as the receiver communicating with my PC via software.

Is there something similar/better out there?

Don't know, but most of these might work well, but not with the ant in motion...at your desk would work good once you get the ant in the right pos but that is about as far as i would take it..

The was an older one by a diff company that one online retailer marked down cause they were no longer going to make it, so i bought one and i just use now for my desktop...

what if I hacked this mouse and tapped into my car's antenna? will this increase the range?

If I remember correctly, one of the tv/fm pci card is the best solution right now until another solution is found...

I know that there are a couple of current projects in the hardware devl section to give hu quaility or close to it, and have it controled by the pc...
