UPS, Fedex
BUT PLEASE
NEVER NEVER USPS I HATE THERE TRACKING AND THERE SPEED SUCKS!
It hurst me to read this. I'm a full time package car driver myself. Been with the company some years now. Basically air service is a "premium service" alot of handling is by hand. Almost all the ground service is handled by ALOT of machines, etc. and sadly it has come down to quota's than quality. I'll tell you what though, I'm one of the apologetic drivers myself when I see damaged ground packages, I VERY VERY RARELY see an air package damaged whatsoever, so you may wanna spend a little more for the air service for the peace of mind. I'm out there every evening, topping off my truck with fuel, and washing it myself, I make sure I have a clean haircut, clean shaven, shoes are shined, and treat everyone with as much respect as possible.
After all it is US the drivers, that need to see YOU the customer every day. Sadly there are drivers that just DONT CARE. I treat everyones packages like it's my mothers package. Sadly some of the guys they hire off the street just dont care. The company has come down to nothing but numbers like any business. And it's getting worse.
However, it's going to be like that no matter what company you send it with. And it's very inconsistant. We could be staffed up, in good spirits and have some perfect nights with near 0 damages, other nights something may happen, any by the end of the nightmare we have 100+ damages. It's as random as the lottery to be completely honest. And I ordered my lilliput from mp3car.com and it came VERY quickly via UPS, and the box wasnt damaged at all.

I just ordered a few more items from mp3car.com, so we'll see. The last shipment I got from them was all beat to hell, so I expect the same thing from this one. This time, I'll inspect the package in front of the UPS guy instead of dealing with the insurance crap. What a headache.
I'd still select the USPS option, because Canada Post only wants $5 brokerage - plus we don't have to pay PST on the shipment, only GST - where UPS wants PST and GST for almost all of my packages.Originally Posted by Zip-Lock
