What is the easiest car to install Carputers?

I was wondering if you have to choose a car to install a carputer, which car is the easiest to install to if you wanna keep the OEM look and have the monitor in dash and hook the stereo upto the factory system.

I would like to see what people who actually installed a carputer has to say.

    Thx

a shopping trolly. you can fit a whole desktop in there, not worry about heat, and a massive CRT too.

your best bet is to look in the "show off your project" section.

    unless you want snide remarks.

yeah pick a car where the screen area of the dash will come out easily and that has decent places to hide a motherboard, etc...

the 2001 Eclipse was fairly simple... if you know how to build computers, the only thing you need to worry about is taking apart components on the dash, and learning a little about DC-DC power supplies...

Every carputer installation will be different and creative. Depending on your goals you will face many obstacles. Thats part of the fun of it all. IMHO.
