Iv've finished my machine up except for cosmetical stuff:
My Car: 93 Plymouth Acclaim|v6|Green|
Computer: Pentium 166 @200 (non-mmx)|32MB|13.7 GB|
SB Live ISA|300 Watt (cheap ***) power inverter - works
Software: DOS 6.22 + mpxplay boots in about 20-30 sec, not the greatest but not win 98 either.
The only prob ive had so far was the first 2 power supplies i tried (they where identical = stupid me) didnt like my inverter. The 3rd one does. I have tons of em lying around anyway.
Like i said my power inverter is extremly cheap. $35 for 300 watt. But it seems to be working and its been my only expence so far other than audio cables.
All told i think i will pull this beast off for less then $50, i still need to get some spray paint.
Ok one final question. Ive decided that my comp must go in the trunk. But i have 1 (2nd coming) sub in there should i worry aout it killing my HD?
