This should only be used as a last resort. I hate people that abuse this or use it for the wrong reason. You bought it. Pay for it. If it is not what is advertised and they won't accept it, then email them with your intent to file a complaint and see what happens.Originally Posted by 88Vette
When you file a complaint, the credit card company refuses to pay the amount to the store. This means you get something for free (dishonest) and the store is now out both the amount you paid, and the percent the credit card company charges for a credit buy, and a fee for a complaint. It is a pain in the *** if it happens to your store/business and you wouldn't want that to happen to you. So try before you screw them over completely.
I agree they should be better at responding by email, but try again at least with a threat of a complaint. If they don't bother to respond, them too bad for them.
