Well, this is how it all finished:
1. I had to pay a lot of money to send the monitor back (some might say it's just the common procedure, but still, it's quite annoying to pay for any sort of costs derived from defective products).
2. I sent/recived above 60 emails.
3. Some of the emails were answered with more than 2 weeks delay.
4. Since I was not willing to pay a hundred euros (126 USD) for the repair and shipping, they gave me credit on their store for the cost of the screen, minus 100€.
Then I bought an mp3 player and a stand alone 8" monitor with the remaining credit, and the screen they sent me was in silver color, instead of black as I asked.
Sold the screen, kept the mp3 mplayer, and a lot of anger against these guys.
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANY SORT STUFF FROM EX-AUDIO, paying a bit more for a good service and better quality, is definetively worth the effort.
