Well, I guess at this point you can do whatever you want. You can send it back to mp3car and ask they don't charge you anything for restocking. They probably will make you pay to ship back.

    OR

Sell the thing, make a little off it, and go find the 915 you're setup to use. Either way, I'd have a clean and clear conscience about it.

    BUT

I would still contact them first.

Sorry for the double post, it was accidental and has been deleted. I got an error message on the first post that said it had not been posted, so I posted again and then both showed up. I'm a newbie...

    Mom, not Dad

If the company sent you the 945 intentionally and not accidentally, it's yours and you should do whatever you want, either return it for a refund because they didn't send what you ordered or sell it and get what you want. If it were me, I'd confirm with them that it wasn't an accident and I wouldn't assume that it is so because Zip thinks it is. But then, I have been known to go back into a grocery store and stand in line to pay for a bag of ice that I walked out with on the bottom of my cart...when I was in a hurry...during a holiday weekend. I don't steal - from anyone, ever.

At least call and ask. That'll put your moral dilemma at ease.

But just FYI Laurie, Zip is one of the mp3car staff, if anybody would know, it would be him.

MP3Car is sending me the 915 (UPS 2nd day air) and a call-tag to return the 945 at no cost to me. Excellent customer service!

I have to chime in and say that mp3car.com's customer service is absolutely top-notch.
