What kind of a card do I need to put in my computer to have a radio. Keep in mind I don't have a head unit.
I saw a few cards on newegg that featured FM tuners, but they looked like they were mostly designed for TV and just happened to have FM tuners on them...
Anyway what specific type of card do I need for this?

Come on Michael there is an "intermediate stage." You don't have to be that nice! I'm sure you get away with being at least a bit less nice.
Maybe something more along the lines of, "If your too dumb to find a fm tuner that will work, your probally too dumb to change stations..."
