Does anyone know of a website that stores gas prices in xml format? The are a couple of sites that contain the cheapest gas prices for a given zipcode. Now i want the same information in xml. I do not want to parse thru html code to retreive the information as xml would be more stable and easier to work with.

I think a lot of sites have xml in the back, but you won't see it. They will more than likely lock that file from public viewing.
I looked at a few sites' source and they are definately reading from either a mySQL db or an xml document. I don't think anyone wants to hardcode that!
But yeah, I don't think you will be able to find a publicly available one. Parsing isn't that bad as long as it is formatted well.
