No, it's full on WinXP Tablet Edition.
But it's basically a tablet that will charge while driving, and isn't really meant to be interfaced with the car audio or anything like that.

no its very very limited in what it can do

its called blue2you or something, basically is has the phone like we have, GPS, and a harddrive for music. and thats it.
