I am sure that is all possible, but it will take LOTS OF TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY.

First, bikes don't have OBD, form what I can tell. You therefore will have to do a considerable amount of reverse engineering and work on interfacig with the ECU for the gauge aspect of your system. Then, you will have to integrate the systems into the carputer for display on the screen, and that will take a considerable amount of programming skill.

That is in addition to installing a carputer into the bike, which while not impossible, is certainly more difficult then installing it into a car.

Cool as hell, but not easy, or practical, and certainly not something that will happen quickly.
