A few updates. the afterburners are done, the computer is in and working and I started on the frame that will hold the back window glass to the hinge that it will swing on when it opens. The transfer case is next.

Impressive one... where the air comes from? I mean the air that enters the turbine. I can see just huge exhaust pipes...
Does that exceed the pain threshold of noise? (120dB)

I broke the %#@^#%$ back window trying to make it so it would open. Found another in a junkyard for $25 so I guess it's not so bad.

OMG, thats crazy.......... so how will this work, the lift gate opens and the turbine starts up? Doesnt that put out alot of exhaust? Are the side doors going to open so it can suck in air? If so, with the areo dynamics of the truck cause the exhaust to loop back to the side, thus back into the engine? If you ask me id rather buy a Veyron, i think its at about 997 - 1000 HP. I would think though that that big of an engine has more HP then 1000?
