IS the map data size the same (2.3GB) if installing on a PPC??? I wanna install ig 3.0 on my CINGULAR 8525 but i have a 256mb micro sd card but im not sure how much the map data takes up.

It is as big or small as you make it. Using the map loader, if you select everything, it will be very large. However, you can just select a certain state, or even just a certain city, and that will make it much smaller. I don't know how much map you require, but you should be able to fit something at least on your card.

I've only got my local state on my SD card which takes up ~55mb.
