    GPS Navigation Software to use Raster Maps?

    I have descovered some Raster Maps for us Aussies, https://advantechdesign.com.au/shop/product.php?id=2

    I was wondering if there is any software that can use these maps for Navigation? (ie like how destinator works (ie turn left 500m, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout))

    actually on further reading i actually probably want vector maps... :S
