but where is the PC version of IGO?
BamBam, how would you be able to get the version of IGO from your MIO working on your PC?
Looks like you have some serious reading to do, all 123 pages  http://www.digital-car.co.uk/forum/s...ead.php?t=8795 . everything you need to know is in there.
Finally downloaded and tested this app out and I must say I am impressed. Yes, it has a few short comings, but overall it's a contender for the top spot on my favorite GPS applications of all time. My favorite feature is how fluid the map movement is, and how the zoom works. I don't really care for the "step" zoom that IG, MS Streets, Delorome, ect, use. iGO just zooms in/out smoothly and roads appear/disappear with zoom level. Also font rendering is superb.
Another excellent feature is how the applications runs from a self contained folder, with easy and clearly marked directories for system content. No other app even comes close to the remarkable amount of simplicity and thought put into the file structure.
Now I just need to find the USA POI's :)
All 50 :D
In reality I just need MI and NC for now.
Hey guys any idea how to define the start position of iGO? For some reason whenever I start it up it defaults to germany. I looked through the program files but cannot see any option for a "start point"
It may be because I have no GPS on the machine I'm testing on, but I am curious if there is a way to code a start spot.
hey since we're sharing anyone got usa 3d's? lol. Anyone else have the issue of the volume blaring when the app is not focused. There's a few shortcomings but for guidance and routing nothing i've tried compares. I used it to teach my brother how to drive yesterday lol
Do you mean the buildings?
