whats the best gps software for easter-europe

So i'm looking for a software what has Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
I tried autoroute but it wasnt very good and the baltic stats wherent very good.

Have you the Route66 gps map before? it is world-wide famous gps navigator,here is the details of the route66 for eastern Europe,maybe the countries you mentioned are also included,
