    Just don't try to run it thru quality window tint...you won't get a signal.

    Has to be an ouside unit - I have a acoustic leaded glass with bluesh tint(standart on my car) which screws up GPSes very well

    That Garmin GPS 18x 5Hz looks intresting - how's startup times and behaivior in the city

    Qiuick question - I'm not sure I need precision of the 5 HZ one - is regular Garmin GPS 18 USB a good reciver(easier to integrate). Like Ive sad my criterias are good resolution, fast lock and behavior round tall building.
