AutoMapa 5.5.3

I open this thread because to me, AutoMapa is the best CarPC navigation software (for Europe) I have encountered till today.

Compared to Garmin Mobile PC:
+ OSK
+ 3D Buildings
+ Better graphics
+ Easier to install (Maps / Mapsource)
+ No hibernation issues (Garmin has for me)
+ Very fast GPS Fixing after signal loss or after startup

Compared to Sygic:
+ Much better routing
+ Better (more accurate) maps
+ Continued releases for PC

Compared to IGo8:
+ Uses very low resources
+ Continued releases for PC

There are some Cons of course:
- Icons too small
- German female voice not very good
- Embeds in Road Runner but height cannot be changed (480 to embed in height)
- Skinning possibilites?
- Radars/Speedcams?

Let me know your opinions.

This is fast becoming my favourite GPS app but can't get it to embed in RR very well as upspace says. Any further info would be most welcomed.

No problem to embedd in RR but you cannot change the height.

I love also this gps .

I have just tested the 6.6.1 version who are wonderfull.

I have patched the tcpAm.exe for to use the NAVPAUSE and NAVRESUME option , that run very well.

When Automapa say a sentence the volume change and is resumed when the sentence is finished !
