Best touch screen friendly GPS software for Canadians?

I've tried searching but the most relevant result was from 2004 so I thought I'd see if you people know of anything newer.
I'm looking for exactly what the title says, good GPS software that's touch screen friendly for Canadian roads, POIs, (have to know where the nearest Tim Horton's is.) There I made the Canadian joke.
Preferably something with a demo to download before I drop a few hundred loonies but it looks like that's not available for nearly any of them.

Any ideas?

Well, I'm using Garmin Mobile PC (GMPC) in the GTA and it's working pretty good for me. They're using the Navteq maps so you can check them out at the Navteq website and see what they're like in your area.

Only caveat is no on-screen keyboard(OSK). However, I'm using RideRunner and there's a skin out there for GMPC that provides an OSK for you.

I actually just got Garmin Mobile PC and the OSK skin. I don't have a GPS receiver yet to officially test it out but it looks good so far. Easy to embed, easy to use and seems to have the maps I need.
