Garmin GPS with Oziexploerer

I use Garmin PC on my JeePuter with the receiver that came with the software. My question is can I use a program like OziExploerer with that receiver? Another question is will Xport work with that receiver as well?

Yes to OziExplorer.
I believe it can be used with XPort, but I'm certainly not the expert.

Xport is a great free utility software, but it does not support Garmin protocol, as far as I know. You'd need GpsGate, which is not free, but it is inexpensive. There's a free trial, so you can try before you buy.
