Heheheh slightly OT, but in my area Cops are known to park police cars on the side of the road with dummies (as in manequins, not actual police dummies) in the front seat, on the basis that when people see these cars they just automatically slow down.

downloaded that file, and converted to .asc (at http://mutilator.nemesisforce.com/sc if u want it) and loaded it to mappoint, just wondered if anyone knows of a way to add these as POI, so that they would load every time you load mappoint.

Mine does load as POI's everytime I run it now. I brought them in with the data import function, and chose points of interest as the type when I got to that stage.

mine dosent give that option, i just import data and it comes as pushpins, you are using the import data wisard right? and u are using mappoint?

Yep, using Mappoint. Can't remember which version, but I got to choose what symbol etc I wanted to use.

Now they always show up on any Maps

Normally, using AGPS to start default, I load it, wait for AGPS to get a tenous lock (currently on dining room table), and it gets to my local area. The cameras are visible from then on.
