I've been trying to get Destinator 9 working on the PC (which it loads and runs fine) but the only issue I'm running into is that I can't re-position it on the screen. So when it loads, it loads right over the top of whatever Riderunner skin I'm using, and the only way to get back to the skin functions is to exit Destinator.
Anyone run into a similar issue or any idea how to set the window position when it loads? It's like a cat right now...does whatever it dam well wants no matter what you do.
nevermind...just wrote a script to take care of it. ;)
nevermind on the nevermind. Apparently Destinator 9 likes to be the one and only app loaded at the time. It certainly doesn't play nice with embedding into anything...and the fact that I had to use a script to detect the window class (because there is no window or titlebar, it had no window name to go by like iGuidance or Garmin)...shows me they really didn't care that it blocks the use of other apps at the same time.
I got it to load and look nice in RR with the Carwings skin...but once it's moved from it's default position on the screen, the portion of the screen where it was becomes useless, unclickable, even though you can see it. Only the buttons on the bottom remain functional. However touching any of those causes D9 to drop to the background and the only way to get it back is to hit the main menu and go back into it.
Any ideas from master skinners/embedders out there?
