I bought one of these at 47 GBP from the same seller. It's made by a company called DataConnex and looks like it was OEMed from a company called GlobalSat (http://www.globalsat.com.tw/web/A3-1.php?serial=32).

The unit works very well and has the fastest acquisition time of the 3 GPS units that I own (the other two are a Rand MacNally clip-on for the Palm V and the Haicom HI-302 CF GPS). Cold start lock is about 45 seconds, warm start lock is usually 10 seconds or less.

One caveat though - the seller doesn't seem to reply to emails but the unit did show up.
