Bad Idea. I think the GM goons would beat you down for even considering putting Onstar in a Ford model.
Actually, you need to get the OnStar equipment, which doesn't come in any Ford models, according to their website. There doesn't appear to be any option to purchace the equipment outside of a vehicle, etiher.

Seriously, if you just want GPS navigation, there's a lot of other options besides OnStar. Garmin & Magellan make GPS models with voice navigation for the car.
And then there's the reason most of us participate in this forum: Put a PC in your car!
