The GPS brand I bought is Deluo and it came bundled with the Routis software. It has pretty decent maps for Canada and US, all on one CD.

I've only tried destinator with ninja monkey's front end. I'm using it now. Canada map is from the second quarter of 2003. A little out of date. I'm trying to find newer ones, if they even exist.
There are people that still live in Canada?J/K

You have a dogsled? Man, I have to snowshoe to the beer store, almost lost my touque, eh.
I'm running a modified PS-1 LCD (5 inch) at 640 x 480. MS streets & trips requires 800 x 600 min resolution, which is a bummer. Does copilot or destinator (or any GPS sw) run with 640 x 480 resolution? I've been thinking about an upgrade to an 8" Lilliput for my cross country trip to Winnipeg.

I've tried Mappoint (I think it has the same maps as Streets & Trips) and Routis/iGuidance. iGuidance has great navigation and has good maps for the city areas, but nothing for more rural areas and smaller cities. Mappoint has more map coverage but sucks for navigation/directions.
iguidance 2.0 works great for me and i am in a not so huge city in Canada.
