Navilock gps trouble!

Hi!

I'm writing from Spain. I've recently bought (in cartft) a Navilock GPS. I've been testing it, but I can't use it. Every gps software tested (Mapmonkey, Mapsonic, etc.) reports "gps not found" after a little connection minutes. GPS constantly "unplugs", so I can't use it for real navigation.

It's always detected at "COM 4". It's not a satellite reception signal trouble (when it's "on", it founds several satellites). It seems an "on/off" trouble.

Can you help me?

Hallo,
I've bought at car tft a gps-tmc bluetooth antenna navilock bt-313t.
I had many problems and i had sent it to cartft support, after three months i've recevied it back with the same problems

.
Have you bought same gps?

i live in spain com 4 is ok works fine the charts from seaclear are free and ok have a look there if you want to nchange the com port device manager and make one you want hope this helps you because it is fast and good
