Question Need adjusted GPS location & direction

So, which software has API to pull adjusted (after snap-to-road and other corrections) GPS coordinates and direction in which the car is heading?

    TIA!

Yes, but does it have an API to get the numbers? I know I can get raw numbers, but these are, well, pretty raw
