Once you set the ports on XPort, did you hit the enable checkbox? Once that is done, run Compass. It only checks for XPort when it first runs. Then run IGcuidance and set it to one of the virtual ports. That should be it.
Ok, I have a USB GPS and my USB to Serial com port is 4. I downloaded both Xport and Compass. I run compass and set it to Com 4 then run Xport and put the input to COM64 and choose two different com ports to be my virtual ones. I go into Iguidance and try using one of the virtual com ports and they don't work. I use 4 and it does work.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
