    Question GPS Mouse pretending to be a phone

    I recently had to unplug all my USB cables and replug them back in. Now my PC recognises the GPS receiver as a Motorola Phone ?!?!

    Anyone experienced this at all ?? I tried plugging it into my laptop, and it works fine on that.

    Any ways of fixing this. I have the BU-3 something or other cheap receiver, and windows XP pro.

    thats a first i've seen that, have you tried applying the no serial mouse fixes?

    Boot into safe mode and remove all USB **** in the device manager and boot back regular. should fix it
