I know how basic GPS works but if i order this one in the mp3car.com shop
will it work for me here in sweden.
Maybe some features or communication thing aint supported here or something.

as long as that gps reciever and the software of your choice are NMEA
i wouldnt not reccomend it, but i would reccomend this one first:

as for software, no clue.

finded a gps here in sweden with the same technoligy as the one you posted.
