earthmate LT-20 w/ Destinator Mapmonkey help!!!

hi all, my Earthmate LT-20 mouse gps reciever is a pain, i installed the usb to serial emulator from delorme, when i open mapmonkey, it detects the gps reciever and you can see the tracker moving on the map, my problem is when i try to route my destination, it doesnt give me voice prompts (turn by turn direction) and it doesnt even recalculate route when you drove on a different street. anybody had the same problem? please help me, it might be a driver issue or something. any help is appreciated. thanks

If it is a driver problem, you won't get any indication on the map. That mean the tracker won't move on the map.
Hit up MapMonkey subforum and get your answer there.
In short, your problem is NOT configure mapmonkey correctly.
