    Pioneer Nav

I want to install a GPS in my car without voiding the warranty. So basically that means I can get one of those GARMIN GPS systems that plug into the 12v. The thing is that I also want it to play DVDs which i don't think any stand alone NAV systems do. Atleast none I know of.

    Pioneer Makes this... http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/p...7424985,00.html

Is it possible to have that hooked up to the 12v? Anyone know?

    Its the NAV-SYS620T

Everytime I post the URL it comes up the same. Perhaps try copy and pasting the link into the URL or go to www.pioneerelectronics.com and find it under Navigation Systems. There are only 4 listed.

Voiding the warranty of a car by installing a gps-system?

Go to an installer and ask him to do it.

These systems need the tach signal AND need to be fixed in the car, as there is a gyro inside that needs to be adjusted to the angle it is mounted at.

    Good luck.
