    GPS not found in MapMonkey but is on GPSinfo.exe

    Just got my new USB sirf gps unit. Installed drivers and plugged it in. I go into mapmonkey and click find gps and it brings a blue bar on-screen saying gps found. As soon as I click Home the voice says "GPS Not Found".
    I know the GPS is working because after this happened I installed GPSinfo.exe which is a software the came with the GPS that just gives you GPS info such as port number (COM3 - this is same in MapMonkey). It locates the satellites and shows me my postion.
    So if its working through this why isn't it working through MapMonkey?

    Try disabling "use advance gps mode" from the mapmonkey configuration, that worked with me.
