navigation carpc europe

is there any navigation software for on the pc (carpc)
that also ocvers europe and specialy the netherlands.

before i buy a gps antenna i`d like to know that

i scored somewhere this:
ViaMichelin Mapstore 3.5 --- Mapsonic 2.5
it works perfectly ( in demo version)
no gps mouse connected yet,
but it wil come if i got the money

I have Alturion 6, but it is not touchscreen-friendly. Tested it on a laptop (Netherlands), and does a good job, lots of features present in Alturion. Have not tested any other GPS software for The Netherlands.
