There are antennas that combine a GPs antenna and a satellite radio antenna. hirschmann makes them, as do other companies. In order to use one as GPS, you're going to need an OEM receiver. It's more expensive, but the people who have gone that route say it's far superior to any of the GPS pucks that you can get.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

Both are receive only, so they will not interfere with each other since neither can transmit and desense one another. The XM receiver has a pre-amp to help with weaker signals. The GPS, might have a pre-amp depending on the make and model. The pre-amp can make it very difficult to maintain lock with a strong transmitter nearby, such as any of the amateur radio gear I have in my truck. Luckily, the 12+ channel receivers with good aquisition time can usually recover within seconds of getting the signal back.
